Since effective leadership is really about understanding ourselves (and consequently learning how to understand others), my approach to executive coaching is the same as my approach to therapy; create the right environment for a person to meet themselves where they are, then give them the space and tools to grow. 

You won’t learn ‘finance bro’ hacks, ‘fake it ‘til you make it’ techniques, or tips on how to manipulate your team, but you will learn a hell of a lot about how you show up at work - the patterns, stories, and habits that are helping or hindering you when it comes to leading your team - and, together, we’ll strip away what’s not working, making space for more of the good stuff. The result is a more confident, assured, and authentic leader, able to connect and communicate with others in a way that’s respectful and inspiring. 

With 20 years’ experience as an educator and facilitator, I know the difference between a good workshop and one that sucks. It’s easy to go through the motions; tick a few boxes, and move on - but if you want your team to leave with real value and tangible lessons that they can apply to their role, you need a workshop that, well, works.
