I offer executive coaching with a focus on communication and leadership for people who understand that effective leadership is about how we relate to ourselves and to others.
The kind of executive coaching I do is less about learning new techniques (although I do teach you a bunch of stuff) and is more about getting curious about how you show up — the patterns, the stories, the habits that help or get in the way of having the impact you want with your team.
Instead of learning hacks and polishing a persona, coaching becomes a space to notice, unlearn, and grow into more honesty, ease, and authority.
I also design bespoke workshops for organizations and teams.
As an educator of more than twenty years, I delight in crafting workshops and events that balance thoughtful input with genuine interaction. And let’s not forget a good dose of good old-fashioned fun!
