How I work
My work is based on the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) — a gentle, respectful, and deeply effective approach to healing developmental and attachment trauma.
NARM integrates body awareness, emotion, and cognition, helping you connect to the wisdom of your nervous system and your natural capacity for self-regulation.
I offer sessions in English or German, online and in my practice in Freiburg-im-Breisgau.
